FAQ
What is Roomwho?
Roomwho is a live attendee directory for meetups, demo days, conferences and parties. Everyone at the event can see who else is there and start a conversation.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Roomwho runs in the phone's browser — guests scan a QR code and they're in.
Who can see my card?
People who have the event's link — and its passcode, when the organizers set one. Event directories never show up in search engines, and you can delete your card at any time.
How do I use Roomwho at my event?
Message us on LinkedIn and we'll set up a room for you. You can look around the demo room first.
Is it in English and Chinese?
Yes. Every screen is in English and Traditional Chinese, and each guest picks their own.
What can organizers see?
Every public card and totals for the event. Never who asked to meet whom, messages, private notes or anyone's email address.
